Twinkles Beauty: What Went Into the Strategy and Results
Twinkles Beauty is a growing beauty salon in Accra that needed a digital presence as clean and confident as the services they offer. Crescita’s goal was to build a brand that not only looked good online but also attracted the right audience and converted attention into bookings.

Starting from the brand
Before any post went out, we took a step back and defined the visual and voice identity. From tone to color palettes, we created a brand that felt fresh, approachable, and clearly beauty-focused. Everything from captions to cover designs followed the same mood; soft yet confident, feminine but bold.
Instagram and TikTok, but with a plan
We didn’t just post pretty pictures. We built content calendars, structured around trends, engagement goals, and salon activities. On Instagram, we focused on storytelling and polished visuals; client transformations, behind-the-scenes, service highlights. On TikTok, we leaned into fun and quick moments; relatable voiceovers, trending sounds, and real salon vibes that felt organic to the platform.

A mix of paid and organic
We ran Meta ads to support visibility and drive bookings. The ad strategy was split between reach campaigns and engagement campaigns, ensuring the brand stayed visible while still pulling in real conversations. We tested formats, from static to video reels and fine-tuned based on performance.

Consistency without burnout
Our process involved batching content ahead of time, shooting on-location when needed, and working with the salon team to keep things sustainable. Captions were written in a casual tone that spoke directly to the Ghanaian audience, using local slang and day-to-day expressions where it made sense.

The result
Twinkles beauty went from a low-engagement page to a beauty brand people recognized. Monthly reach grew steadily, bookings through DMs increased, and most importantly, the brand started getting tagged more often by happy clients.
