Role Overview

We are hiring a Web3 Marketer with a focus on Key Opinion Leader (KOL) outreach and Community Management. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship building, and hands-on engagement with blockchain and crypto communities. You will be responsible for building brand presence in the Web3 ecosystem by connecting with influencers, managing online communities, and driving authentic conversations that foster trust and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, and community leaders in the Web3 and blockchain space
• Manage Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other platforms to grow and engage online communities
• Create community campaigns, AMA sessions, and partnership activations that increase brand visibility
• Monitor community sentiment and feedback to provide actionable insights to the team
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to ensure messaging resonates with Web3 audiences

Web3 Jobs in Ghana: Requirements and Tools

• Proven experience managing Web3 communities and influencer partnerships
• Familiarity with platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and Web3 social channels
• Understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and DeFi trends
• Strong communication and moderation skills
• Ability to track engagement metrics and campaign performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field
• Two to four years of community management or influencer marketing experience, preferably in Web3 projects
