Role Overview

The Finance & Budget Analyst will ensure financial efficiency and profitability by monitoring costs, analyzing pricing models, and providing insights that guide business strategy. Unlike a traditional accountant, this role requires a proactive approach to financial management, ensuring Crescita Solutions maintains healthy margins while delivering high-quality services. The analyst will play a key role in project budgeting, financial forecasting, and profitability tracking across different service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets for projects and campaigns, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Analyze financial performance, including pricing models, margins, and profitability.
• Provide regular financial reports and actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
• Evaluate cost efficiency across vendors, freelancers, and internal operations.
• Support pricing strategy to balance competitiveness with sustainable profitability.
• Monitor financial risks and propose strategies for risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with the operations and business development teams to align financial planning with growth goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, or business strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or financial modeling tools.
• Knowledge of cost control, budget forecasting, and pricing strategy.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.
