Before a single post went live, Crescita defined the brand’s visual and voice identity from the ground up. Color palettes, tone of communication, content direction, and aesthetic guidelines were all locked in before anything was published. This created a brand that felt fresh, approachable, and distinctly beauty-focused, blending a soft, confident tone with a feminine but bold attitude.

With the identity in place, Crescita built and executed a social media strategy across Instagram and TikTok. On Instagram, the focus was on polished storytelling: client transformations, behind-the-scenes content, and service highlights that positioned Twinkles Beauty as a name worth following. On TikTok, the approach leaned into the platform’s culture, with trending sounds, relatable voiceovers, and real salon moments that felt organic and authentic to Ghanaian audiences.

Content was batched in advance, shot on location, and written in a casual tone with local expressions woven in naturally. The outcome was consistent, sustainable output that the salon team could maintain without burning out.
